You must be at least 13 years old to use Eon. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We may require age verification at our discretion.
You may create an account using email, Discord, Google, Twitter/X, or MetaMask. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:

You own what you create. Any games, scenes, assets, or other content ("User Content") you create using Eon remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your creations.
By publishing User Content on Eon, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and make your content available to other users through the Platform — solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This license ends when you remove or unpublish your content.
You represent that you have the right to publish any content you upload, and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights will be removed.

Eon is a multiplayer platform. When interacting with other users through gameplay, voice chat, or text chat, you agree to behave respectfully. We may moderate, mute, or ban users who engage in harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.
Eon may integrate with third-party services (Discord, Google, Twitter/X, MetaMask, LiveKit). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Eon is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eon and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of content.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eon, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your published content may be removed from the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of Eon after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
